Q: Is it too much noisy?
A: No.

Q: Installation person was insisting to install Water filter for hard water, is it required?
A: Same here. I did install it this time as I was not very sure if the water is very hard or not and also because I do not live in this house and my mother who stays alone should be worry free. I have been using the same model for 10+ yrs in my other house (in Mumbai), the water knowingly is a bit hard however it works pretty well without the filter. I wouldn’t have installed it if I was living with my mother. It knew it was an upsell for the technician. So decide accordingly.

Q: Can we turn off the heater?
A: Heater is in off state initially. You can start if you want. Basically you can use it against the clothes of patients, clothes stink with stains etc. For regular usage it is not recommended to turn on.

Q: Is machine work without stand, I came to know that I will have to purchase stand during installation.
A: The stand is not required to make the machine work. It is just extra protection from foot Rusting. We didn’t install stand as our washing machine lies beneath the stairs so no place to keep machine on stand. Never faced issue with previous machine also. Go for it…!!!
