A: When you have it connected using AUX, the headphone works in passthrough mode, and the battery is off, so the buttons don’t work. This is perfectly normal. For the buttons to work, you need to have the battery on.

Q: Is there any solution to hearing my own voice while using the headphone for calls? I can hear my own voice, I am using iPhone 11!
A: Actually, at the time of calls, the headphone’s ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) gets automatically disabled, which puts it in transparent mode, allowing you to hear your own voice.

Q: I get a huge difference in sound once connected via Bluetooth compared to when connected with AUX. Is the product I received faulty or is it with every headphone?
A: I think when you connect AUX, you can turn on and off noise cancellation by pressing the on/off button back and forth. But when you connect via Bluetooth, noise cancellation is activated by default. That could be the reason for the sound difference.

A: Unfortunately, the mic does not work when connected to a device via the AUX cable. You may want to consider choosing another model if this feature is important to you.
