Description
This product is best suited for municipal water with a TDS level below 150-200 ppm. It is not suitable for water from tankers or borewells. The ultrafiltration technology used in this water purifier ensures that your drinking water is not only crystal clear but also safe from viral and bacterial contaminations. The UV+UF feature effectively removes viruses from the water.

The package includes the main unit, a PROVEN warranty card, and an installation kit safely stored inside the storage tank. The product comes with a 1-year warranty. In case of installation or any complaints, customers need to contact the customer care support. The warranty covers electrical parts such as SV, SMPS, and sensor, excluding the UV lamp and micro switch. The warranty starts from the date of dispatch. Filters are not covered under warranty as they are consumables and may get blocked or choked due to water quality. If the water quality is good, the filters will last longer, but if the water quality is poor with high turbidity or TDS, the filter life will be shorter and not covered under warranty. If any electrical part needs to be replaced under warranty, it will be sent through courier, but the technician’s charge of Rs 350 needs to be paid by the customer. The warranty will not be valid for self-installation of the water purifier. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
