Q: How is the TV? Is it worth it? Because there is no customer support.
A: The TV is made of cheap plastic, but the screen quality is good. If you are buying it specifically to watch Netflix, we do not recommend it as Netflix is not available. However, customer support is available as I have personally called them twice and was able to reach them both times.

A: The installation is free. I personally did the installation myself without any additional charges.
