Q: Though membrane warranty is for one year, I was charged for it in 10 months?
A: No, this is an automatic water purifier with a filter and membrane connected with a change alarm technology. Before the alarm starts beeping, there is no need to change the membrane. Therefore, you should not have been charged for it within 10 months. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
