CONS:
- - Chimney was delivered but without installation support. It is really unexpected from a brand like Kutchina.
- - Item delivered without oil collector. Please provide oil collector.
- - A machine that has Autoclean but nothing really gets cleaned. You will need to take apart multiple screws and clean it yourself every month. Every 4 months service is needed, costs ₹700, else oil will drop on whatever is directly below the chimney.
- - Extremely bad after-sales service. 60 days since their chimney has been dysfunctional and service center is making excuses. Now they have even stopped picking up calls. Buyer beware you are headed for a very bad experience.
